Welcome to the Oxford and Region Iyengar Yoga Institute

We are a non profit making organisation dedicated to promoting the understanding and practice of Iyengar Yoga in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

We organise a number of workshops each year as well as providing information about the teachers who run classes in our region. All teachers listed on this site are fully trained and qualified in the Iyengar method of yoga. They can use the name IYENGAR® which is a world wide trade mark and display the Iyengar Yoga Certification Mark Logo. This is a mark of the quality of their training and teaching.
