Letter from the Editor
Summer’s on its way (or have we already had it?) so that means it’s AGM time. We have some meaty issues on the agenda, including the membership fee – see page 2 – so please do come along to the Newbury yoga day and the AGM too. The main news is that we finally have our own website! Sam Smith’s done a great job at getting us online, so please have a look at www.oriyi.org.uk and then please use the “contact” button to give your feedback so we can ensure the site meets your needs. This newsletter is also on the website, and we really need to know what you think of the on-line version – at the AGM we’ll be debating the possibility of offering a much lower membership fee for those to agree to take the newsletter on-line instead of by post. And the website will eventually have teachers’ details and information on their classes – something many of us have been asking for a long time. And, as usual, a big thank you to all contributors to this newsletter. |
